PROHIBITION
OF
SOUND RECORDING
In general ...........
NO SOUND RECORDING is permitted
of any performance, presentation, activity, or other session
given by Timothy Edwards.

The only general exception is where I provide a minor or incidental part of a proceeding that is being recorded, such as a short poem or song during a wedding service.

This means ............
Where I present a session, no recording takes place.
Where my contribution is to be a distinct episode in a bigger proceeding which you will record, such as an entertainment spot at a wedding reception, the microphone must be turned off during my piece.
If this is not practicable, my part, or the sound track of my part, must be deleted as soon as possible, without it being played back except as necessary for identifying the passage to take out.

Any uncertaintly or questions about this: please speak to me in plenty time.

An exception may be made in very special cases and under strict conditions. Please ask, if you have a very particular reason for wanting to record.
